yoga

The ancient practice of asanas or poses that help promote physical and emotional well being amongst other benefits.

yin yoga

A style of yoga where poses are held longer, about 3-5 minutes, in order to engage the connective tissue rather than focus on muscle. This style is more meditative and a cooler practice.

slow flow yoga

A fluid practice that moves slowly through poses with an emphasis on connection to the breath and allows for a deeper stretch and engagement of muscles.

prenatal yoga

A practice designed for pregnant women focusing on breathwork and relaxation with modified poses for safety to enhance physical and emotional health during pregnancy while helping prepare for labor.

trapeze yoga

This style of yoga uses a fabric sling/hammock/trapeze to support the body. Traditional yoga poses are combined with the use of the fabric to provide a unique experience.

sound healing

A holistic approach that uses instruments such as crystal sound bowls, drums, bells, chimes, etc. The sound of the instruments are said to create vibrations and frequencies that can provide numerous benefits like relaxation and realignment of the body’s energy.
