meet danielle
Owner & Founder of Lily Pad Yoga and Wellness
Hi my name is danielle pascale
I tend to wear many hats in this life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Life Coach and Trauma Informed Holistic Practitioner. I am a dancer/choreographer turned yogi with a 500 hour Yoga Teacher Certification. I hold certifications in Yin Yoga and Trapeze Yoga and I am a Certified Sound Healer and Breathwork Facilitator.
My love for movement started in childhood. I spent many years learning the art of movement through dance then when introduced to yoga in college I was hooked.
My curiosity of the mind and behavior also started in childhood. When asked the age-old question “what do you want to do when you grow up”, the answer was always “be a ballerina or a therapist”.
Life as a ballerina was not as attainable as my young mind and body had thought but becoming and being a therapist came naturally. I am a born helper and have been told I was a helper in past lives which makes perfect sense. I have my own stories from which I learn, grow and transform but it is also how I best help my clients.
During a really tough time in my life I needed something different in my career. That was when I decided to become a life coach. I wanted an avenue to expand my reach and help others in a different way. I wanted to use ALL of my skills and talents while attracting clients that wanted what I had to offer even if it might seem “woo woo”. So after 20+ years, lots of starts/stops, life and many certifications later here I am opening up to the world to share and teach what I know and help even more people.
When you work with me as a Life Coach you will experience a supportive, non-judgmental environment where I guide you toward the WHO you want and need to become in order to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.
When you walk into my yoga classes I invite you to give yourself permission to leave all else at the door and take care of you. My classes focus on safety and alignment first so that there is ease even in the hard. I strive to help you become connected and mindful and most importantly have fun.
In both coaching and yoga one of my goals is to teach you how to build the foundation and then let you do the decorating. There are so many tools, skills, and processes for me to teach you but there isn’t a one size fits all way of doing things. I encourage you to be creative and find how and what works best for you.
I leave you with this quote by Henry Ford, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right.”
Are you ready to get started?
